E-gift cards are delivered by email. All gift card orders are fulfilled within 24 hours on business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email including a redemption code, which can be forwarded to the gift card recipient. All e-gift cards do not expire and can only be used at au.rains.com (Australia webshop). E-gift cards are not redeemable at physical Rains stores. This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
