Welcome to our seasonal recipe hub—featuring simple dishes designed by our Head Chef, Frederik Færge Laursen. Monday to Friday, the cafeteria is the heart of Rains HQ. Every day, Fred and his team of four concoct fresh juices, salads, breads, cakes and dishes inspired by everywhere. Here, he shares some of his favorites as we move into Summer.

Experimentation is Fred’s main influence when cooking, but it’s not his only one.
