You may return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

We do not offer exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item.

Items purchased from an authorised Rains stockist must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Submit a return

To start a return, email support@crosbysouth.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns are processed upon receipt. You will be notified by email, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from processing.

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable
– Items must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust refunds if this is not met
